Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive
Job Purpose
We are a group of companies operating in media, events, and consultancy, seeking a dynamic Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to join our Communications team. Reporting to the Head of PR & Communications, this role is responsible for managing and growing our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Google platforms, with a focus on both organic content and paid performance campaigns. The successful candidate will ensure that our brand voice is consistent across channels, create engaging and innovative content, and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
- • Manage the company LinkedIn pages across all business entities, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
- • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and creative content on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- • Collaborate with the PR & Communications team to ensure posts align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- • Monitor community engagement and respond to messages, comments, and interactions in a timely, professional manner.
- • Track competitor social media activity and emerging trends, proposing improvements to enhance reach and engagement.
Performance Marketing & Ads
- • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Instagram/Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads).
- • Manage Google Ads / SEM campaigns, including keyword research, copy creation, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- • Monitor and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI and reach campaign objectives.
- • Test and experiment with new ad formats, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
- • Prepare and deliver reports on KPIs and insights for management.
Analytics & Optimization
- • Track and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio.
- • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance across organic and paid channels.
- • Support in building dashboards and monthly reporting for senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management and paid campaign execution.
- • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube Ads, and Google SEM.
- • Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, impressions, reach, engagement, conversions, etc.
- • Experience in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar).
- • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and campaign dashboards.
- • Creative mindset with strong skills in content writing and an eye for engaging visuals (basic Canva/Photoshop knowledge is a plus).
- • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
